About Us
Our history begins as far back as 2009, when Ted entered the Medicare field as a way to continue helping his dad and his clients as they began to become eligible for Medicare. As more and more clients needed his services and expertise, Elder Care Insurance Solutions, Inc. was established in 2014 to assist senior citizens and adults navigate their way through the ever changing and complicated Medicare landscape.

We take a three-step approach with our clients. We educate our how Medicare works, we ask the important questions and we compare all plans options so clients understand what they are entitled to.

We are an independent insurance agency and not loyal to any one insurance company. Being independent allows us to bring the plans to you and eliminate the need to call several insurance companies with no obligation or cost.
Our Team
Ted Czabanowski
Licensed & Independent Medicare Broker
Ted's career in insurance began in 1981 after graduating from Bryant University as a side job, while owning his own restaurant in Providence, RI. His passion for helping others led him to leave the restaurant industry in 1986 and leap headfirst into the insurance world. Primarily, he sold employee benefits, until it came time that his dad and clients he had known for decades began becoming Medicare eligible. Not knowing much about Medicare, Ted quickly pivoted and began selling Medicare in 2009. Elder Care Insurance Solutions was formed shortly after in 2014. While he primarily works with the Medicare products, he's also licensed to sell Life Insurance, Short Term Care, Long Term Care, Annuities, Cancer Plans, Hospital Indemnity Plans and Precious Metals.
Outside of work, you can find Ted spending time at home with his wife Linda and French bulldog Czestahh, cooking delicious meals to share with friends and watching the Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins and Celtics
Alex Czabanowski
Licensed & Independent Medicare Broker
Alex's career in insurance began recently in 2024. After graduating from the University of Rhode Island in 2013, Alex began his career in Corporate America. After working various positions and having over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, he began to feel unfulfilled working the 9-5 grind every day. He wanted to be able to make a difference in people's lives and focus on helping others, not helping shareholders. While new to the insurance world, he brings with him experience working with clients in Corporate America to ensure trust and professionalism with his clients today.
Outside of work, you can find Alex spending time exploring with his fiancé Katlyn and golden retriever Maeve, seeing his friends and family and watching the Patriots (hopefully) re-live their former glory.
